We offer refunds only if all of the following apply:
The fragrance is unopened
The product has a clear defect or issue
The issue is reported within a reasonable time after delivery
We do not offer refunds for:
Opened or used fragrances
Change of mind
Preference-based reasons such as scent, strength, or longevity

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method where applicable.
